Dear Tilzer
Please i seek your indulgence and tolerance at this time of
indispensability, for this unavoidable requirement project, i'm
Barrister sani lawson, personal attorney to late Mr H C .tilzer
who died intestate with his entire family here in Togo, he has the sum
of $16.500 000 00 United States Dollars, deposited here in the bank,
without a claimant.
In fact the major problem i'm having at this time, is that the
management of bank where his fund are depositing, has issued me a
letter of authorization, authorizing me to provide the heir to the
deceased, as the personal attorney, it's my responsibility to provide
his heir in kind of situation.
But i have tried my best in searching for his relatives, all my
efforts went in vain, before i was advised to track his relatives
through the web and that was how i found you, as you are having the
same last name with the deceased and also from the same nationality, i
will like to present you to the bank as the next of kin to the
deceased, before his account will be frozen as unknown fund, inasmuch
as you shares the same last name, coupled with the relevant documents
proof of the fund deposit, which are here in my position, you will be
entitled to claim this fund, because the legal papers will give you
the locus standi (legal and beneficiary right) to the fund, also i
will be using the vital papers to cover you up in every aspect over
here as the rightful heir to the deceased, all i need from you is
sincerity.
